Is this some kind of record? Written for Paris-based event production company ECA2 (to promote its new show in Sentosa, Singapore) this email smashed through inbox complacency to achieve near-miraculous results. The subject line read: “10 million spectators later… we’re back in Sentosa!”

First written in English then adapted into Chinese, both language versions were equally successful.
